Ingredients:
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp hon dashi
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 4 medium scallions, sliced
- 16 oz tofu
Directions:
- Press tofu under weighted plate to drain for 30 minutes.
- Mix together gochujang, hon dashi, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic and minced ginger.
- Slice tofu into bite sized pieces and pour sauce over the top.
- Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and scallions.
