This may sound really random but I have this writing blog where I post bits and pieces (um, as in, I’m a writer and I post things on the blog).
Anyhoodles, I was browsing the interwebs for a picture of rice krispies (erm, ok, LONG story but the post is about the cereal)(sort of) and found a photo of your’s from Nov 2007 where you constructed this rice krispie OMG WOW cake treat thing that, quite frankly, it absolutely AMAZED me. I love it.
So, I would like to officially ask you permission to include it in the post. I’ll put the link here when it goes live and, of course, link back to you because it rocks
Uhm, ok. Hopefully you’ll say yes, but no pressure.
Hi there!
I love your Christmas stocking pattern and have made it before in cheapo acrylic… I’m thinking though about placing an order from Knit Picks (KP) and noticed you used KP “Red” and “Bare” for you stocking. However, their “red” on the site http://www.knitpicks.com/cfyarns/yarn_display.cfm?ID=5420103&message=saveLater doesn’t look quite like yours. Do you think that’s just a photo shade difference? And would you think the “white” be similar to the “bare” (much cheaper! hehe).
I am part of a free forum whose aim is to knit for babies from birth / premies to 24 month. Those clothes are to be given to charityorganisations or hospitals for premies.
I wanted to know if I could get the authorisation to translate your Garter Yoke Baby Cardi for the use of the forum members only. Of course I’ll send you the translation to publish on your blog, Ravelry…. if you want to.
Thank you in advance for your answer which I hope will be positive.
Good morning, sure i have had your autorization, and i send you translation end there was in Ravelry a link to my blog for the italian translation.
My blog is only for share patterns, i dont sell patterns, but, any way i can delete it
best regards

Stumbled onto your blog. Really like your knitting, but your photos are excellent! What knid of camera do you mostly use?

Thanks! I’ve been using a Nikon D80 for the past year or so. It’s a great camera. I shoot mainly with my Nikkor 28-105mm f-3.5-4.5, Nikkor 50mm f-1.8 (an absolute steal at $100), and (most recently) a Sigma 18-50mm f-2.8.

Hmmm…my “red” was definitely not bright red, it was probably closer to hollyberry and the bare was more like cloud.
